New REO Form Meets Industry Demand for Higher Reliability
Bradford Technologies, working with Fannie Mae, has created a new REO form for the appraisal industry. Given today's economic climate, Fannie Mae needed a more reliable market valuation of REO properties. This new form meets that need by allowing for more detail to be presented on the listings as well as allowing adjustments. Additional listings can be reported with the Extra REO Listings Addendum. Fannie Mae is expected to order more than 150,000 REO reports this year.

New Feature
New Mismo XML data export connector – Bradford Technologies has partnered with Valuation Support Services (VSS), better known as Rels, to develop a new, streamlined appraisal delivery system. The standard XML project is a delivery process that streamlines appraisal delivery back through Valuation Support Services. They chose to adopt the MISMO Appraisal XML standard due to its richness in data.

Forms Library: The ClickFORMS Forms Library comes with all the standard real estate appraisal forms and consists of hundreds of forms and templates the appraiser needs.

Sketching: ClickFORMS is optimized to work with the industry's leading sketching programs: Apex Medina, AreaSketch, and RapidSketch. Sketchers are seamlessly integrated so that data and images populate ClickFORMS reports.

Appraisal Network Connections: Being able to transmit appraisal reports to all clients is critical in the valuation process. Bradford Technologies provides connections to AppraisalPort, Lighthouse, and MISMO XML through its AppraisalWorld Connection module.

Property and MLS Data Integration: Bradford Technologies has developed tools to import data from national data providers and databases, allowing appraisers to access property information quickly and easily. We also provide a service to import your local MLS data into ClickFORMS.

PDF Creator - the built-in PDF Creator makes it easy to create and transmit a secure PDF document of the appraisal report. Save the $250 Acrobat cost for better things!

Online Services: Access to providers of appraisal related information has been integrated into ClickFORMS. These services include Flood Determination information, Location Maps, Census Tract information and Property Valuation information.

Automatic Adjustments: ClickFORMS features a special tool for doing consistent adjustments on comparables. There are 15 attributes that can be adjusted.

Additional Tools: ClickFORMS was designed so that its capabilities could be extended by simply “plugging-in” tools. There are three types of tools within ClickFORMS: built-in tools such as a spell-checker; “plug-in” tools such as a sketcher or GeoLocator; and “user specified or owned” tools that the user can opt to add to the ClickFORMS Tools menu.

Customer Reviewer: ClickFORMS has a built-in custom report reviewer that anyone with knowledge of VB Scripting can customize and implement. This means that custom review scripts specific to Washington Mutual can be easily implemented and modified as the need arises.

Common Responses: ClickFORMS handles standard responses in a unique way allowing for groups of appraisers to share responses. This provides for consistency within a region or area. There are five different ways to enter responses making it very easy for appraisers to use them.
